To not give one to, or let Wozniak share it is kinda messed up. I wonder how this process is undertaken. Kudos to jobs though
- smoldesu 4y agoIt looks like the award is given to those "who have made exemplary contributions to the prosperity" of the United States, not necessarily whoever was the smarter of the two. Given that Jobs-era Apple pretty much bankrolled the US with their tax money and then followed it up by joining the NSA's domestic surveillance efforts, I get why they'd want to acknowledge him. Jobs sure did a lot for this country, it's just up to your interpretation if those things were good or bad.
