TIL jarred garlic exists. I don't think I have ever seen that in a store here (EU country), what I have seen is dried, powdered garlic. I'll try and find this next time I'm in a store.
- jandrese 4y agoI like getting peeled whole cloves. Peeling is the time consuming part of garlic prep and alternatives like smashing the heads to extract the garlic always end up with bits of skin still attached when I've tried it. Mincing already peeled cloves is no trouble at all.
