56% aren't willing to lie about it. I have a friend who spent nearly 20 years working for manipulative/unethical/scandal-plagued garbage companies like Zynga and constantly would defend company-of-the-moment as "Well, actually, not at all like what the press is implying." They paid well.
- justin_oaks 4y agoOr 56% lie to themselves about it. Sometimes people don't realize what they will decide until they're actually faced with the decision. It's like asking someone "Would you pay money for [product or service you're thinking of selling]?" And when you have the product or service and ask people to pay, most people turn you down.
- foobiekr 4y agoAgreed. It's not until you ask people to put skin in the game that you get truth - revealed preferences. I'm working on a new company right now and this is one of those things that is front of mind if you've been there before.
