Thanks. This stuff breaks my head. Maybe one positive (very long term) outcome of this food fight is the rediscovery of the 9th Amendment and less reliance on the Due Process clause. That con argument that the right to an abortion is not in the Constitution baffles me. Um, exactly. The framers anticipated these kinds of circumstances. Hence the 9th Amendment.
