What you just said doesnt make sense. Aim of boss = to get results. To get results boss is therapist for a short time. Boss gets results. A good (smart) boss would appreciate you taking the time to talk to him/her. Maybe you wouldnt say - 'I dont like my job' but you could phrase it better. As I said - mention both the good and bad parts.
