- bediger4000 4y agoGood! Now we in the USA can start narrowing freedom of speech. If abortion is a heinous crime against life itself, we have to keep people from finding out about it. We can disallow criticism of religion,because strict laws based on human life beginning at conception only have a religious basis. We can narrow what can be said and written about highly public people by changing the public figure doctrine. Why demand actual malice? Copyright seems like another place we could improve. Fair use is already very weak. Just give folks absolute ownership of likeness and utterances, and weaken fair use which is after all, difficult to enforce.
