I have not had button trouble, but they do just drop dead about every year or two. Corpses are piling up. I even try changing out the battery before I give up on it. That worked, once! Their Unify dongle usually has to be at the end of a USB extension cable for it to work at all, for me. I don't even try it without, anymore.
