- warning26 4y agoAh yes, the same constitution that calls for a "well regulated militia" somehow prohibits all limits on individual gun ownership. This ruling would easily change with a different supreme court makeup, since the constitution itself is decidedly not clear on the topic.
- sparker72678 4y agoI don't agree with the court's recent decisions that the 2nd amendment is a guarantee of personal, individual firearm ownership. Still, I just don't see how that's going to be rolled back given the last decade of court decisions. But hey, maybe I'm being short sighted.
