I think you're going to find that the rest of the world is going to have much more commonality in social cultural viewpoints of the American South than with California.
- thaumasiotes 4y agoBut that doesn't matter if they can't tell the difference between California and the South in the first place. Another commenter in this thread mentions the popularity of country music in France, which would appear to be more on the California end of things.
- onepointsixC 4y agoDepends on what part of France. I'm sure French farmers will find quite a bit in common with American farmers. I'd be surprised if country music is popular among Parisians.
