We Asked GPT-3 to Write an Academic Paper about Itself

It's unclear if the review process was blind (where you don't get to see the author name) or not, and if that makes a difference. Amusingly, one of the references it includes is: Hochreiter, S., & Schmidhuber, J. (1997). Long short-term memory. GPT-3 knows not to offend some people!
