Economists are pros at making numbers tell any story they like. What he is hiding is that those statistics are all skewed by inequality. Put 3 people with $100,000 each in a room with a millionaire and the average person is worth $325,000. Take half of the money away from the 3 people and turn the millionaire into a two millionaire and the average person in that room is worth $537,500! Look how much better we are doing!!!!!!! And all this "better"? You think it does not come with a cost, one that we are just beginning to have to pay for?
