What do you mean by the agile industrial complex? Are you specifically referring to all the rules such as the scrum master? Or are you talking about the Atlassian suite?
- mindcrime 4y agoI imagine they mean the industry of consultants, authors, tool vendors, etc., who have a vested interest in promoting their specific interpretation of "Agile" which may or may not have much at all to do with the spirit of the Agile Manifesto.
- jeffwask 4y ago^100% The business of telling people you are doing agile wrong.
- ozim 4y agoI would say specifically - if someones role is scrum master full time he is full of dung same with agile coaches. If someone leads retro/planning activities but his full time role is business analys/QA/dev that is how it should be - just one of team members gets a function and ideally it could be handed over periodically.
