I always wonder how my wife would react if I told her to fill out a bunch of forms asking her to self-evaluate how good of a wife she was, and then I also filled out an evaluation, all while providing a sheet for her to fill in what she was spending her time on during the day. Of course, when the boss does it, well then it's ok.
