I've spent the last hour researching this, and I think the only thing that is really available are word/lemma frequency lists. There are a variety of methods for getting around the issue mentioned of only using written sources, such as subtitles from movies. In Language Pedagogy, these lists are meant as a starting point for the creation of more useful, editorialized lists.
