can you please tell us if our job search tool sucks? Why sure -- because you employed a dark pattern, namely enticing us with a link to "explore jobs" that ended up requiring us to create an account (which as you understand very well is a significant turn-off and cognitive burden to people just casually browsing your site). If you want people to sign up before getting to the "goods" of your site -- just be up front about it, and make it a requirement at the very first step after they click on the link for any of the protected resources. Until you do -- your tool will continue to truly, irrevocably suck. :D
