This is a weirdly simplistic analysis from a major financial institution. I always wonder to what degree financial institutions say what they're thinking, versus what they want the public (or other financial institutions) to think. Or even what they want others to think their beliefs are. Games in Type II chaotic systems get confusing quickly.
