They're too busy busting people for drug crimes which don't harm others
Instead of solving things like murder and theft
Make drugs legal, make the cops do actual work to actually help people instead of just harm them
- tcfhgj 4y agoThat's not the reason. Drugs crimes are investigated in Germany as well, still 95% rate
- feet 4y agoHow much money and time on investigating each: drug crimes or murders? How does the way american police investigate drug crimes in some communities impact the way that community cooperates with other investigations? But anyhow, drugs should be entirely legal no matter which way you slice it. Humans should have bodily autonomy, prohibition causes far more harm than it ever prevented
- calvinmorrison 4y agoAttacking the wrong problem. Most black market crime is related to government monopolies. Pharmaceuticals, Illegal Drugs, Gambling, Protection rackets, these are all things only the government is allowed to do. Or to quote some shitty anarchist band: "Ever since there's been laws, there's been criminals"
