Looks to be a common typo when spamming the words. E.g., "Shit shit shitshit shit shit". I wouldn't be surprised if that's the source of many of those.

- sedatk 4y agoMost likely, yes. Still I'd expect those to be filtered out with a heuristic.
- k_sze 4y agoBut then how do we explain “assass”? I can’t imagine any situation where one wants to spam “ass” repeatedly. Or maybe it’s just me not knowing Reddit.
