- yellowapple 4y agoIf it means decoupling energy production from further destruction of our planet? Sure, why not? Even assuming that "the technology for nuclear power is the same as the technology for nuclear weapons" (which is patently and blatantly false), MAD seems to have prevented global nuclear annihilation for a good 50 years or so, and I don't see that changing any time soon.
