Using Self-Organizing Maps to Solve the Traveling Salesman Problem
- turtleyacht 4y agoThe way the animations converge remind me of a paper on HN where researchers spawned curvy tubes inside a 3d rabbit. Another example was four spheres in each corner navigating a central space without colliding. Still another example was self-arranging cylinders along a sphere, ordering into regular-like wind currents. I cannot find it among upvoted submissions, but wondered if you had encountered a similar idea (or if anyone has that link).
