-1 Auth (in the form of broken access control) is literally _the_ most common security problem according to the OWASP Top 10 [1]. And I think people thinking it isn't hard does significantly contribute to this questionable honor.

- dhzhzjsbevs 4y agoAuthentication systems are the most common thing to have security related bugs? I'm shocked. FWIW, the majority of things on that list aren't what I'd consider covered by any auth library I know of. It's mostly people just not using their authentication, diy or not.
