I work fine in warm weather. Since I live in Thailand I often work in temperatures of around 30 degrees. In my home office I only use a fan. Same as someone else in this thread: I get very unproductive when it's too cold. If my fingers feel cold, it just becomes much less pleasant to use they keyboard. It's one of the reasons why I emigrated from a Northern European country to Thailand.
