I saw first-hand how US tech giants seduced the EU – and undermined democracy
- Zenst 4y agoLobbying - the crux and bain in all things wrong in goverments. Large corps can employ people to harass, nag, bribe wine and dine goverment officials and label it as lobbying. If the people the goverments serve had the same level of access to such people, they would feel more like a democratic part of the process beyond a token tick in a box every nth years.
