I run a product design agency, I won’t mention it as it’s not a plug for me. Just a word of caution - Dribble shows off nice looking screenshots - mostly UI - but rarely good UX. In fact, quite the opposite.
Not to say that’s the norm, but if you want design thinkers and not just Figma jockeys, be sure to throw a few UX questions their way.
- davidbarker 4y agoI agree with this. You'll want to do due diligence before you hire anyone. But someone of the best designers I know of are on dribbble because it's such a popular site. That does mean there's a lot to sift through, of course.
