Otherwise the line is saying every one can get a 50% pay bump in the next year. Doesn’t make sense.
- faeriechangling 4y agoYeah that’s what I’m driving at… you start out a junior programmer and later become a team lead within the same career while jumping up in salary the entire way. I misspoke a bit.
