Lufthansa is bringing back the A380 superjumbo
- netsharc 4y agoThe plane manufacturer's name, Airbus, only appears once, in the last paragraph, of this article. I don't usually think like this, but it makes me wonder if CNN, an American news site, is deliberately doing so not to promote a European company, one that is in rivalry with an American one.
- midislack 4y agoThey don't call it CIA News Network for nothing! Hahaha.

- bogomipz 4y agoPerhaps your fervor to declare a conspiracy prevented you from actually reading the first sentence: >"(CNN) — The A380 superjumbo is beloved among aviation fans, thanks to its spacious interior, mighty size and quiet inflight experience, but its days have been numbered since Airbus announced in 2019 it was ceasing production of the airliner." The CNN Travel section regularly covers Airbus news. Here's an exciting Airbus A330 article from last week: https://www.cnn.com/travel/article/a330-luxury-explorer-plane/index.html https://www.cnn.com/travel/article/a330-luxury-explorer-plan...
- Symbiote 4y ago> ... Tested an A380 ... operating on a single Rolls-Royce Trent 900 engine. That's impressive. I'd assumed that since it had four engines, it needed at least 2 to fly.
- drallison 4y agoWonderful. A380 transatlantic flights were the most comfortable way to get from California to Europe (London or Paris).
