One place that expressed significant interest in me for a senior leadership position, changed their mind rapidly when I asked about a number of these (early stage startup, so I was more focused on runway, buy in, etc.) The strong signal is that a company not willing to share this information, is probably not going to behave well under stress. You can evaluate your risk factors on your own, and decide whether or not you can tolerate that level. But this signal is a strong caveat to taking an offer from them.
