This explains why I had about 20 random transactions from cafe press last year. I wasn’t even aware I ever used them.
- mistrial9 4y agoI heard (here) that some California Community Colleges were willfully ignoring blatent fake accounts, due to $INCOME and $LIABILITY incentives and fines, respectively. Is it possible that this online retail company, feeling in corner financially, willfully turned a blind-eye to account activity for similar reasons?
