Is citric acid from corn different from citric acid from fruit? Citric acid is naturally occurring in a lot of foods.
- icegreentea2 4y agoThe actual chemical isn't different. You just get potential trace amounts of corn protein left in the product.
- Finnucane 4y agoSo the potential contamination is because the product isn't pure enough. Presumably some of the other additives have the same issue.
