Rufus – Create bootable USB drives
- modinfo 4y agoRufus brings a useful new feature for Windows 11 in beta version 3.19: The tool can adapt installation media so that Windows 11 can be installed without an existing Microsoft account. This is actually mandatory from the Windows 11 22H2 (Home and Pro) version. During the installation, the connection to the Internet must be disconnected, then a local account can be set up.
