I'm currently looking for a job, and in my experience everything is at least hybrid, and a lot of places are full remote. I've not interviewed with a single full on-site company so far. Remote-first companies, if they have a good process in place, can have a huge advantage in terms of access to talent. Personally I enjoy being in the office 2-3 days a week as long as the commute isn't too bad, but I'm seriously considering going full remote as it opens up a lot of life possibilities.
