i can imagine that an electronic tattoo of some sort would feel really strange.
I almost embedded an RFID a few years back but chickened out.
- iamacyborg 4y agoYour tattoo probably is the allergen. It happens with mine too occasionally, it's more noticeable if I'm hot or if I've not moisturised recently.
- jamal-kumar 4y agoWhat colour is your tattoo? I was hearing that red ink can especially be a source of these kinds of skin problems because of the presence of small amounts of mercury in it [1] [1] https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/tattoo-ink-mercury-and-other-toxins/ https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/tattoo-ink-mercur...

- Kaibeezy 4y agoI read that as “I embedded an RFID in a chicken”. Reminds me I went to a dairy the other week where chipped cows trigger feeding and milking bots for detailed monitoring, dietary microadjustments, etc. I’ll see if there’s info worth posting. Livestock seems like it would be the place to start with permanent medical data implants, including batteries and a computer.
