- bbreslin_ 4y agoIt processes language. One of our features is the Food Ingredient Analysis, and for it all-natural foods and several thousand food additives must be identified. But you cannot simply do it by word lookup. For example, if the food ingredient contains the word "Apple", you cannot simply say it contains an apple. It could be a tech company or fruit. "Does not contain any shiny bright red apples" for example. It would be a mistake if you say that the ingredient contains apple by looking at the word "apple". AI processes the ingredient part of food products and understands each ingredient that the food contains. So you can click on each word in the ingredient part and see what it is. By understanding every additive, the App also gives a summary of harm if there is any.
