If you're not buying lattes to compete for the same pool of available houses (and other people are doing that), you are absolutely ruin your economy by starving it for cash I wish it were that easy to grind this economy to a halt, but it doesn't really work that way. Consumer shortfalls cause hiccups in the system, but the ruling class is still making steady progress on its mission to reduce the rest of us to generational peonage. You can boycott Black Friday, but so long as you have to show up for work to survive, the bad guys are going to keep winning.
