Of the two senses I could find of the verb to frog, namely:
>To ornament or fasten (a coat, etc.) with trogs
and
>To hunt frogs for food
, neither one makes sense in the context of the headline.
- Cockbrand 4y agoYou may or may not be aware of the “I forgot how to cat” meme, to which the verb “to frog” likely refers: https://www.google.com/search?tbm=isch&q=i+forgot+how+to+cat https://www.google.com/search?tbm=isch&q=i+forgot+how+to+cat
- prvc 4y agoSuspected something along those lines, although taking the tautological sense of the word makes the proposition of whether there are frogs who cannot "frog" (or indeed cats or whatever) dubious. The whole idea is stupid, and not in a good way.
- solveit 4y agoYou can verb every word simply by using it as one, and people understand via context. Unfortunately such nonstandard uses of language are hard to understand for people who are less fluent.
