I did read the text and I have to say it doesn't say anything ... there's no substance in it whatsoever. TL/DR: make X more fun so people want X (X being adulthood) Also - is the entire premise even true? Do people not want to become grown ups? Actually I think this is inevitable. Maybe the author comes from a proviliged pampered background but anybody else will have to pay the bills which makes you responsible for that and is pretty serious and tends to make people also mentally pretty serious. So, I don't know what that guy even intends to communicate. To me it looks like the author is trying to push his Art Of Maniless brand and last week he didn't know what to write about.
