A problem I encounter is that I'll want to ask the bank, "is X (a sequence I encountered) standard practice for you?", but they'll require that I authenticate myself first, to reach someone there to ask, which I'm reluctant to do in a possibly insecure environment.
- thimkerbell 4y agoAnd (in a possibly insecure environment) if you try to do a transaction without giving them voice recordings of you saying yes, no, and digits, some automated systems will reject digit presses with an "Aw shucks, you don't have to type on your keypad, just say yes or no".
