I don't know if it is the same person, but there was a quite disheartening story posted by a person who due to internally misunderstood depression transitioned at the suggestion of people on reddit, regretted it, then later went dark and everyone assumes took their life.
- koshergweilo 4y agoYeah something like that came to my mind as well. Even if that is the case it seems a little odd to blame the news subreddit specifically and not their own poor decision-making. It's like if someone who panic sold during the covid scare blaming the news.
