  >a certificate from a company named 3-1 Mobile SRL (Developer ID: 58UP7GFWAA) Seemingly a company with that name exists (Italy) and it is a start-up that creates/develops "custom" apps for enterprises. On their home page https://www.3-1-mobile.it/index.html https://www.3-1-mobile.it/index.html it is stated how they do not load their apps to the store(s), they create the application for clients/customers that will do that themselves, possibly under their name. No idea if things like Apple certificates can be stolen/reused/faked, or if its use means undoubtedly that the app was developed by them.
