I think it is harder than just blowing them with air… different plastics have to be recycled in different ways. The number in the recycle arrows tells you what it is and how (or if) you can recycle it (see https://www.thoughtco.com/recycling-different-types-of-plastic-1203667 https://www.thoughtco.com/recycling-different-types-of-plast...). I don’t believe these plastics can be sorted by density or level of wind resistance.
