What is your end-goal here? To see if other people are using your wifi? To see how long you're connected? Something else? What information do you want in the email? How is that information going to be collected before sending it? Is your system already on, or do you turn it on when you get home? Is the system always logged-in to the wifi, or do you always log out of the wifi after using it? Too many variables to give you any answer at all.
