- missedthecue 4y agoLoving isn't based on the privacy clause, like Roe, Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell. It's based on equal protection.
- Blackstrat 4y agoRegardless, the Congress could render the entire discussion moot by doing their jobs. Unthinkable I know. Remember, both sides want the issues to bring in votes and money. Solving any of these would crimp their personal income.
