Maybe they just cant afford it and have been struggling by on the half working device until now.
- secretgamergrrl 4y agoYeah, I don't know what part of "had to buy this laptop on a payment plan, and Dell refuses to refund a single damn cent" suggests she has the money lying around to buy another high end laptop. Especially when the thread mentions having to sell various things to keep bills paid.
