My ASUS “Republic of Gamers” laptop had some issues which were promptly fixed when I sent the machine in for repairs; this was in early 2018. No issues after that for several years until I spilled a drink all over it. Even then, it still basically worked though I had to use an external keyboard/mouse.
- reiichiroh 4y agoTaiwanese manufacturers’ (Asus, msi, gigabyte etc) support is typically slow and bad.
- kevinventullo 4y agoMy experience was okay. It might have helped that I bought it through Amazon and was directed by the Amazon customer service to connect directly with the manufacturer?
