Let me give you a less doom and gloom outlook than I’m seeing here :) I’m a native born American who has spent a few years living in a developing country. USA can be a great place to call home. I can’t explain how much I missed the friendliness of people here when living abroad. Not hearing “how are you” and not seeing smiles for years made my heart cold. It’s just so lovely how easy it is to talk to strangers here. If you’re able to move over, I’d sincerely recommend hitting the road and seeing everything usa has to offer on a series of road trips. You and your wife will love it!
