Interesting take. the 2nd Amendment explicitly protects the right to “bear” (i.e. carry) arms…
- Tabular-Iceberg 4y agoBear, but not concealed. If you ask me I think I have the right to know when someone is armed. I think the problem here is that New York allows neither, and the SCOTUS is asking them to pick one or the other.
