Is there a constitutional amendment that recognizes the right to a vasectomy or appendectomy?
Why should anyone but myself have any say in what I do with my body?
- _-david-_ 4y agoI'm not saying it isn't a right. The Constitution / amendments do not create rights. I'm saying if you want to guarantee you are allowed to exercise the right you need to pass an amendment.
