Maybe, maybe not...BUT the only human in the equation which can exercise violence is the one who doesn't want the baby and she is forced to carry it.
At the end of the day we can argue for days on end the morals but Nature is very elegant and simplifies things: a woman who is forced to carry a baby will act violently towards those who force her to do so and towards the fetus itself by recurring to a DIY abortion or traveling where it is legal.
Thinking you can force people to carry babies is nuts, again leaving aside morality it implies 24/7 surveillance, it's very unpractical to do at the societal level so historically it was the man who took care of this task of fending off women violence towards the fetus (in order to preserve his offspring yadda yadda). Needless to say it doesn't happen anymore...nowadays men want babies even less than women do.
On a personal level for the life of me I'd never understand why people pick such peculiar hill to die on when we are 8+ billion strong and heading towards 10 billions. There is no shortage of humans anymore.
