- FireBeyond 4y agoOh, absolutely. Not "creatively interpreted by SCOTUS in lieu thereof."
- jaywalk 4y agoThe entire point of the SCOTUS is to interpret the Constitution, as laid out in the Constitution. Roe was a "creative" interpretation. Upholding the 2nd Amendment is far from that.
- FireBeyond 4y agoI get that. But not "interpret in lieu of meaningful review". Look at 4A. It's gone to SCOTUS a huge number of times. But no review has ever taken place of it.
