So why do I not have the right to X, where X is some random thing I want that doesn't violate the other rights? Simply going "Oh, there are more rights" isn't a good answer. I'm pro-choice myself, but Roe vs Wade was terrible legislation, and is a fantastic example of tactical victory, strategic defeat.
